Membership

The orchestra is known for its friendly atmosphere where members are supported in their experience of learning and musical development.

The Orchestra rehearses every Saturday between 9am and 12pm at the Box Hill Community Arts Centre, 470 Station Street, Box Hill. These are closed rehearsals unless permission is sought to attend.

Our younger members are nurtured through our working with children policy. Parental consent is required for any publications on social media.

The players’ subscription rate is:
– Full membership is $200, or $100 per half year.
– Concession is $160, or $80 per half year

Consideration may be given for hardship in some circumstances.
